Seeing the opportunities in the south east Queensland real estate market led Legal Practice Director Brad Mifsud to believe that conveyancing in Queensland could be performed with higher levels of service for a cheaper cost to the client.
Brad studied law at the University of Queensland and graduated in 2000.
On graduating Brad was fortunate to work in two noted innovative and award winning law firms in Brisbane and Townsville.
With the real estate boom in the south east, Brad saw the opportunity and worked on gaining experience in this area. Brad worked inhouse for a prominent property development company working on residential projects located on the south side of Brisbane.
In 2005 Brad was fortunate enough to take an opportunity to work in the mortgage and finance industry in a role that gave him a unique insight into the Queensland residential property market and real estate industry. In this role he worked closely with real estate agents to obtain excellent results for their mutual clients. Brad's experience led him to believe that much improvement could be made in the provision of conveyancing services. Brad realised that a high level of service could be offered, while still offering competitive pricing driven by efficiency through superior technology.
